You showed me what it is to be real

You showed me how it feels to let go

You showed me what I’ve been searching for

  Helped me to hold what’s important

You opened me to all those things I’d felt

You showed me what it means to be free

You opened my eyes so I could clearly see

 

You revealed the path into my heart

You led the way for me out of the dark

You sparked the smile that was trying to show

You cleared the channels that were trying to flow

 

You showed me all the beauty

In every part of me

 To believe in who I am

And feel at peace

 

All of a sudden I feel so clear

I feel like I’ve overcome those fears

I’m looking at things now so differently

I feel a change has come over me
